1. Agreement
By accessing or using sannata.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
2. Products & Orders
All product images, colours, descriptions and prices are indicative. We reserve the right to refuse, modify or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Orders are confirmed only after payment is received and our team contacts you to verify shipping details.
3. Pricing & Currency
Prices on the Site are listed in USD by default. Other currencies are shown for convenience using daily mid-market rates and may differ from the final invoiced amount. Wholesale and manufacturing pricing is quoted individually.
4. Wholesale & Manufacturing
Bulk and custom-production orders are subject to a separate quotation, minimum order quantities (MOQ), production timelines and our standard manufacturing agreement, shared at quote stage.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only. Title and risk pass to the customer on dispatch from our facility. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes and import fees payable by the recipient.
6. Returns & Refunds
Retail orders may be returned unworn, with original tags, within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Wholesale and made-to-order goods are non-returnable. Defective goods will be replaced or refunded.
7. Intellectual Property
“Sannata”, the Sannata mark, all designs, photography and content on the Site are the property of Sannata and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sannata's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
